Return and Exchange Policy

At ELAN Clothing, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy below:

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

  • Visit the returns section on the website to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
  • Submit the required details along with Images/Videos in the empty fields.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return.
  • A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer one free exchange per order under our Fair Usage Policy
  • Reverse pickup for exchanges will be arranged within 2–3 days
  • Once approved, the replacement order is processed and shipped within 2–3 working days
  • Delivery may take 8–10 days depending on your location

⚠️ Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable on that order
⚠️ Additional exchange requests for the same order may not be accommodated

Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • Free reverse pickup is available for exchanges
  • For returns (refunds), a ₹99 reverse shipment fee will be deducted per order
    • This is a flat fee per order, not per item

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer / UPI (details required)

⏳ It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Special Offer Orders

  • For Buy 2 Get 10% Off, Buy 3 Get 15% Off, Buy 5 Get 20% Off offers:
    • ❌ Refunds are not allowed
    • ✅ Exchanges are allowed for size issues only (same product)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or special-order products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it at the earliest.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
