Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order free of charge only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is requested after dispatch or the shipment is refused at the time of delivery, the following terms will apply:

  • Prepaid Orders: A ₹99 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse shipping and handling charges. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A ₹99 partial payment is collected at the time of placing the order. If the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused upon delivery, this ₹99 partial payment is non-refundable. If any additional amount has already been paid, the remaining eligible balance (after deducting the ₹99 cancellation fee, where applicable) will be refunded.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to customer refusal, non-acceptance, incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other customer-related reasons, it will be treated as an RTO.

  • Prepaid Orders: Once the RTO shipment reaches our warehouse, it will undergo the required verification and quality check. After successful verification, the eligible refund will be processed after deducting ₹99 towards reverse shipping and handling charges. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: The ₹99 partial payment collected at the time of placing the order is non-refundable in case of an RTO. If any additional amount has been paid, the eligible balance, after applicable deductions, will be refunded after the RTO reaches our warehouse and the required verification is completed.

RTO refunds are initiated only after the shipment is received back at our warehouse and the necessary verification is completed. Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited to the original payment method as per the applicable payment provider's processing timeline.

ELAN Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment made, without applying the customer-initiated cancellation fee.
