Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios such as inaccuracies in product pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Any promotional voucher used for canceled orders may not be reinstated.

The customer may cancel their order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may request a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
