Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order free of charge only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is requested after dispatch or the shipment is refused at the time of delivery, the following terms will apply:

• Prepaid Orders: A ₹99 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse shipping and handling charges. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A ₹99 partial payment is collected at the time of placing the order. If the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused upon delivery, this ₹99 partial payment is non-refundable. If any additional amount has already been paid, the remaining eligible balance (after deducting the ₹99 cancellation fee, where applicable) will be refunded.

ELAN Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment made.
